With our business adapting to the challenges of the current pandemic presented, our Economy register shipping method has been impacted.

There were delivery delays because most of the Nationals posts currently are operating with less staff than usual and unfortunately, we have no way of knowing and controlling how long the order will take to be delivered to you.

For that reason, all orders will be shipped and delivered to your doorstep via Fedex/TNT at a discounted price.

Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight, volume, and destination.

FOLLOW YOUR ORDER

To check your Order Status, log in and visit the ‘My Orders’ page in the ‘My Account’ section of this website. Here you will find updated tracking information as it becomes available. Orders without tracking information may require more time to process.

If your order does not appear in your account, it may have been a guest checkout, phone, or offline order. You will still be able to trace your order using your unique tracking number.

There are many reasons why an order may be delayed. Here are the most common ones:

  • Delay caused by customs
  • Difficult access to the property
  • Weather conditions
  • The delivery address is a Postal Office or Box Number
  • Failed delivery attempts

If you cannot trace your order or you notice unusual statuses in the tracking system, report it to us as soon as possible and we will assist you in finding out why your consignment has been delayed.

SHIPPING COST

All orders are specially made to your specifications and we ship as soon as your order is completed. Depending on the product, orders may take between 2-7 business days to manufacture and dispatch. Die-cut products are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days and printed products within 5-7 business days.

FREE DELIVERY
For orders above €300 will be delivered worldwide free of charge using FedEx/ TNT delivery method.

FedEx/ TNT DELIVERY
All orders are sent via FedEx/ TNT and take between 2 days to 1 week. You can track your consignment on the FedEx/ TNT Track & Trace website from despatch to receipt.

IMPORTANT NOTE
If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incorrect address information or because it was declined or undeliverable, Signature Custom Designs reserves the right to retain the original shipping/handling fee and to charge the payment method originally used for costs incurred related to the return of the undelivered consignment.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

Each country has its own laws and regulations for the Customs and Taxes of goods.

EU COUNTRIES

We are obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to any European Union countries. The prices detailed on this website include Cyprus VAT @19%.
If you are VAT registered in a European Union country and have a valid VAT registration number, you may submit that VAT registration number when ordering. Signature Custom Designs picks up your VAT registration number as part of registration. If you need to add or delete VAT registration numbers, login and visit the ‘VAT Number’ page in the ‘My Account’ section of this website.

OTHER COUNTRIES

All orders placed for delivery to Non-European Union countries are shipped free of Cyprus VAT. In general, all consignments are subject to local import duties in the destination country, and these costs are solely your responsibility.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES CALCULATION

Customs and taxes are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from Signature Custom Designs, and are not included in the overall shipping costs you pay. When purchasing goods from us some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs and Taxes, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders.

PAYPAL
We accept PayPal payments via our website; payments processed using PayPal will be charged immediately. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. This means you can complete your payment first, and then decide whether to save your information in a PayPal account for future purchases.

At our Online store, foreign currency for non-EU currency amounts displayed are estimates provided for general information purposes only.

PAYMENT & CURRENCY
All orders are charged when you click ‘Place Order’. All transactions on our website are calculated in Euro (€) even when using our website’s currency converter. Please review your financial institution’s policies when making purchases in Euro as there may be extra charges incurred for the transaction. In the unfortunate event that a credit will need to be issued it also will be calculated in Euro. Return currency conversion will also be calculated at the current currency rate and may vary from the original local currency paid.
