RETURNS & EXCHANGES

REPLACEMENT PRODUCTS
In the unlikely event of a missing or defective component of an order, Signature Custom Designs will replace or exchange a product once the situation has been verified by a company representative. Customers must check package contents upon receipt and notify Signature Custom Designs of any problems within 48 hours.
APPLICATION PROBLEMS

If you are having application problems, reapply the vinyl onto the backing liner and immediately contact our customer service team for assistance and resolution. DO NOT discard the product, as our return authorisation or refund process requires images of the product and/or installation. Returns or refunds cannot be authorised without documented evidence or actual product return.

NON-RECEIPT

You must make prior arrangements with the carrier if you will not be available to receive and sign for the consignment. Signature Custom Designs is not responsible for the consignment if the carrier verifies it as delivered to the specified address, but you did not personally receive it.

DAMAGE

If a package is damaged upon delivery/receipt, immediately notify the carrier – detailing the condition of the package. Be sure to sign the damage notification advice. If you discover damage after opening the package, notify us immediately.
